Mail: Orders by mail are always welcome on the order
form provided. Please give all info needed. Additional order forms
will be shipped with your order.
Delivery
Information
We will process orders promptly. Please allow additional time for specialty
items. We will notify you of any delay on regular orders.Most instock items ship within a week to 2 weeks.
Shipping Information
Shipping and handling fees must be added to orders. There is a minimum
shipping charge of $6.00 for the first item, each additional item is $2.00. For additional shipping addresses,
please add $6.00 for the first tiem and $2.00 for each addittional item./per address. We use U.S. Postal service and UPS to
ship most orders. We can only ship prepaid USPS orders to P.O. Boxes.
Deliveries to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and Foreign countries require
additional shipping, please call for details. Orders to APO/FPO address
are limited to USPS size restrictions: call for shipping charges. Sorry
we do not ship C.O.D.
Rush Orders
We do offer
express shipping. Please call for charges and availability.
Damaged Items
If an item is damaged, please notify our Customer Service Department
within 36 hours so that a claim can be processed. Please hold the original
carton and damaged merchandise for inspection.
Returns and Refunds
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, it must be returned within
30 days for you to receive a refund or exchange. For your protection, returned packages must
be insured for their value. Repack items carefully in the original box(s)
with the return form and prepay shipping. A return form will be shipped
with orders, if one was not included please notify us.
(Please not that you are responsible for the safe return of merchandise
and for all shipping costs.)
Shipping charges are not refundable.
